Microsoft teams is a platform developed by Microsoft which allows users to communicate, screen share, chat with other team members and is absolutely free. If you are owning any business or small company then Microsoft teams will be a great choice for communicating and interacting with team members as well as clients. Considering the current situation of pandemic, most of the companies prefer work from home structure of working and hence most of them use ms teams(Microsoft Teams) on a large scale for communication.

How To Download Microsoft Teams For Mobile?

Download Teams From Play store

#1. Open Play Store and search for Microsoft Teams.

#2. Click On Install button and MS Teams will be downloaded on your device.

Download Teams From Web

#1. Navigate to Microsoft Teams official website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app

#2. Select Download for mobile option

#3. Enter your email address and link for downloading ms teams will be sent on your email address.

How To Download Microsoft Teams For Desktop?

#1. Navigate to https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software

#2. Click on the Download Teams option.

#3. Select Download for Desktop > Download Teams

How To Sign Up For Microsoft Teams?

Before Signing in into Microsoft Teams user need to create an account. This process is called Sign Up for any application. You can sign up into microsoft teams from your mobile as well as your desktop with the same steps.To Sign Up for ms teams from mobile follow these simple steps:

#1. Open Microsoft Teams and click on Sign Up For Free.

#2. Choose Your Account Type: Microsoft Teams can be used for both personal as well as your business need, so you will get an option as ‘Choose your account type.’ If you want to use teams to coordinate with your friends and family then use Personal option or if you are using teams for business purpose then select Business option.

#3. Create Account: Enter your mobile number from which you want to sign up for ms teams and click on the Next button.

#4. Create a password: Now you will be asked to set a password for your Teams account. Enter your password and click on the Next button.

#5. What’s your name: Now you need to provide your First name and Surname. This name will be displayed to other people with whom you are connected on teams.

#6. What’s your date of birth? :Provide your country/ region and date of birth and click on next button.

#7. Verify Phone Number: You will get a OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter this otp and click on Next.

#8. Let’s get started: Here you can change your profile picture and edit your name if required and click on Continue.

#9. Find your friends on Teams: In this step you can sync your contacts on Teams. By selecting the checkbox ‘Yes! Sync my contacts’ you can sync your contacts with teams.

#10. Users can share optional diagnostic usage data if required with teams.

You can follow the same steps as above for signing up from your desktop.

Conclusion:

MS Teams is a great application for communicating with different users during this pandemic. Today’s situation where our entire world is facing this pandemic, MS Teams has done a great work by bringing users together and making it easier to communicate on a single platform. This is an entirely free application and easy to use. Users can share screens and communicate on call as well as chat with other users. MS Teams can also be used for personal use for communicating with friends and family as well for higher business communications.
